Su has a wealth of expertise in governance across all sectors. Her governance experience includes:
- 8 years working as Director for Children and Young People at a National GoodGovernance Charity.
- 20 years working in senior corporate positions within a local authority setting.
- Non-executive Director for a GP partnership in the Northwest.
- A school governor (primary and secondary) since 2006.
- Appointed as a National Leader of Governance for the National College.
- Appointed as a National Leader of Governance Advocate for Cheshire.
- Setting up her own Governance Consultancy, supporting schools, charities, and public sector bodies.
- Creator of Shaping Governance® an award-winning school governance improvement tooklit.
Su has an outstanding reputation in governance, health, and education, playing a key strategic role in enabling effective partnerships and positive outcomes for public sector bodies throughout the UK. She is dynamic in her approach, working at the cutting edge of thinking at a regional and national level.
